Bluebonnet Labs provides laboratory testing services. Payment for testing services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Cancellations and Refunds
Testing fees are refundable only if canceled before testing begins. Once testing has begun, testing fees are non-refundable.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact accounting@bluebonnetlabs.com. Please include your business name and invoice number so we can identify your order and confirm whether testing has begun.
